When I did, I was told they would try to repair it, but the attempt might make it worse. I tried the glass guru, the receptionist was rude there and pushy with pricing. This binswanger company was my next option. I came in explained my situation. They were SO kind and SO polite. I left in tears. I was heard and I was assisted quickly. They fixed my mirror in less than 24 hours. Installed my mirror. Communicated everything to me as far as pricing the service etc. I left there with exactly what I wanted.
