Great staff, great service especially when good customer service is hard to find. Staff is AWESOME and friendly. And they go out their way to explain things!

Empire is the best bank I've ever used. The hours are great, the people are friendly, and they have some great products! I love that I can save money everytime I use my debit card and track my balances from the web on my phone or by text.
