Kohl was the tech who helped me get it working and helped me navigate the AppleCare+ plan I have on this IPad. Kohl was super knowledgeable and really did a wonderful job. “This is one of the best, best buys I've been too! When I came in months ago to shop for a TV the agent took his time was honest and helped me pick a TV that fit my needs and I left happy. The next time I had a issue with my iPad (not a shocker it's apple ?) and they took it and sent it in, apple didn't fix it the first time and you guys were helpful and honest and got it sorted and finally got it sorted and left happy!
