I had a pretty frustrating situation with a return and Ryan was so helpful and patient with me. He kept me informed of the on going issue with the vendor (ZERO fault on Estes part) and scheduled a timely pickup once we finally received the proper paperwork. The drive was good, outside of that... Damaged cases, broken bottles, even broke the pallets. Driver noted it on the BOL but I am being told 130 days for them to review and offer compensation. Wow, they damaged it in 3 days and it takes 130 to make it right.
