“This family saved us! We were moving from Florida to Idaho and got hit from behind in Missouri by a guy going 60 miles an hour and never hit his brakes. He didn't even know he was in an accident till the airbag hit him. He admitted that he was relying on his adoptive cruise control and anti-lock brakes to stop him while he was texting. This family the Yates boys, we're very kind and helped us deal with are two destroyed cars and a trailer and a tow dolly and helped us move our cats safely. They helped us clean stuff off the roadway they were just very kind and let us spend hours in the lot shifting through the rest of our belongings. I haven't seen this kind of customer service in a very long time. Thank you all!Jon and Karri”

“My wife and I received the absolute best customer service and support from Kevin and John and really the entire staff while renting a vehicle to complete our relocation from Dallas to Springfield Missouri. Kevin was helpful with selecting the right vehicle and even suggesting a local restaurant for the best chicken fried steak in town .The process was quick and and to be honest alot better than service we received at Uhaul .The price was very inexpensive and they have an after hours key box for late vehicle returns .Take my word dont waste your time going to Uhaul or Budget go directly to Penske rentals located in Springfield ask for Kevin or John and or anyone at the service desk and you won't be disappointed.”

“People complaining about their lease experience. This stems from a lack of experience of how leasing works. If you lease your residence, at the end of lease, if it is not in the same condition as it was when you leased it, you will be charged. If you lease a car, you have to return it in a condition that leaves it sellable, or you will be charged. Success leasing is no different. Furthermore, had you taken the time to read your lease agreement rather than just pencil whipping it, you would have been well informed or the terms and conditions. Don’t blame Success Leasing for your inability to comprehend what you are signing up for!”

“Considering that I didn't have to react with a human being because it was a weekend, this wasn't an altogether bad experience.As an old guy with fat fingers navigating the cell app was a bit cumbersome but all in all picked up the truck I wanted, after hours and dropped it off with a minimal amount of difficulty. I'm sure if I did this regularly it would have been a lot easier.”

“Lots of trucks in the lot but the lot is really small. So its difficult to move around in the parking lot. The staff was really nice and a human being. Uhaul uses online reservations and a customer service line. I will be using Budget again for all my moving needs.”

Having a huge heated garage to pull your truck or car into to load and unload into the incredibly clean units with total ease was probably one of the best experiences I’ve had moving, and I have moved a lot!! “I came in with the rear motor seal leaking I just had it replaced 6 months ago at another carrier dealer …a little to long for any warranty but they really did try to get me help from the other carrier dealer but had no luck … But they were really fair on the price for replacement on the seal so I had them to go ahead and fix it… I really do appreciate the help with the bill and trying to get me some help from the other dealer because my wife is starting her Radiation treatments and money is really tight for me and I had to make sure I had her covered with money and a place to stay for the next 5 weeks as she goes through her treatment…Because it’s over a hour from our house … and I really didn’t have the extra money to replace a seal I had just replaced 6 months ago…But these folks was really fair and I greatly appreciate y’all for that it has been a tough year for us…And a little break here and there helps more than you know because sometimes it’s those little breaks that gives you the strength and hope to get through today in hopes of a better tomorrow thanks again Kevin…”
