HobbyTown is a big hobby store with a cool indoor RC track and so many different hobbies available. It offers a wide variety, including a great selection of models and thousands of quality items. The staff is awesome, very helpful, and very good. Customers report the people are great and helpful in trying to find what is needed, with staff quickly locating specific items. The store has fair prices, though one customer noted an issue with receiving a wrong part that could not be returned. While the selection of models is great, the fine model paint brush selection could be improved. Occasionally, specific high-demand items like certain RC vehicles may be out of stock. Overall, customers have had good experiences, find the store great, and many plan on coming back soon.
Fair prices, wide variety, and very helpful staff. I was able to get everything I needed to modify a traxxas rc car to be slow enough for my son to drive, a couple batteries, and swap the wheels and tires to handle the rough ground at our house.
