Can never get any help and when you do the employees don't know where anything is, you just have to walk around this huge store until you find what you're needing

Went in looking for a Vaughn framing hammer, but there were none in store and to get it, one has to order it on-line from Home Depot. Appeared to be the same as many other Home Depot's clean, courteous staff and wide selection of many common items.
