“Man these guys took care of me! I have a couple of the Chinese mini skid steer and excavator. Of course everything is Oddball size these guys were able to square me a new hoes in the door and out with fittings and all and about 20 minutes. Centrally located super friendly. Extremely knowledgeable! I can't say enough about these guys! For the future I will do nothing but go to them for all my hydraulic needs”
“I don't normally make reviews for online orders but felt it necessary after dealing with Ballew. I only found out about them searching for a specific adapter for a CMT hinge boring jig and not many other places carried it. After I made the order I realized I ordered the wrong thing and Ballew absolutely went above and beyond to help me out. I then made another order for the correct items and received a PHONE CALL the following day. Not an email or text message but another human being calling me about an order I placed. As it turns out, the product I needed comes straight from the manufacturer and they had a minimum $ amount for an order. Instead of asking me to buy something else to fill that amount they just threw in an extra one of what I had ordered for free to meet the manufacturer's minimum. These orders I made were both under $50 but Ballew still called me on the phone to give me a heads up about what they were doing. They've earned a repeat customer with their service alne, not to mention the great prices and the fact they sell a lot of stuff that's hard to find elsewhere.”
“I love e Harbor Frieght! Most of my tools come from there. Not a professional, so top quality is not a concern, some of my tools only get used every couple of years. I have only ever had one problem with a tool, and they replaced it. I just went last week, first time they didn't have what I was looking for! Pretty good history!”

“I want to give a shout out to Walt and his team. I bought a used riding mower. Wanted it to get a once over and tune up which they did. They performed the proper maintenance and did a good job. Picked up and delivered. I went to use the mower and had fuel leaking and thought what the heck. Reached out to them. Walt personally came out to my home and replaced the fuel pump and made things right. He waited while I ran the mower with blades engaged for a spell to make sure things were working properly.
This is old school service that isn’t seen today!!! Definitely recommend as they will take care of you hands down!!

“I’ve never had a bad experience at a Ace Hardware in any state. Normally go to the one in Ozark, but since moving to Springfield and needed somethings, I went to this location. The couple people that were helping me were absolutely amazing. If one wasn’t sure the other one was able to assist. Easy to get around and appeared very clean.
Would highly recommend anyone to go to this location.”
