No enough associates to help, you are literally hunting for help and then when you take a sale item to the register, they do not honor the pink tag that is clearly on it and act like you did something wrong. Found a few bargains. They were however having a sidewalk sale there were lots of good deals to be had just alot of shoppers to work around. My husband also found a pair of jeans inside the store he had been looking for and could not find anywhere else.

JC Penny's was on a decline BUT this one is coming back to what it use to be. Better clothes and styles. Thank you penny's
