“There is a lady who works at checkout that makes my day EVERY time I'm in. She's so sweet and has a lovely smile that makes me want to smile back. Last time I was in we talked about our dogs as she was scanning my items. Little did she know, I was having a terrible morning, but her kindness really lifted me up!”
“My family drove in from St. Louis last weekend and on a whim, decided to check out the local mall. My mother in law and I went to the lingerie department. I was needing to get fitted for a bra since I had lost weight, but wasn't planning to that evening. Well the associate, Jodie, offered to do it on the spot even though it was late in the day.
She was very helpful and kind to me and my whole family. Thank you! When we're in town again, we will be back!”

“Absolutely love the atmosphere of this new location. I recently had thyroid cancer surgery, and while shopping found it to be one of the most wonderful shopping experiences. I’ve had in a while at a target because of the level of customer service employees were welcoming and greeted you in every aisle I went into. The self checkout clerk helped me to check out. And I just can’t say how much I enjoy shopping here enough. It’s definitely a far better atmosphere than the other location here in Springfield by far.”
“We were in town for Labor Day and finally decided to get our son’s hair cut for the first time. The lady that did it was so patient with my two year old, he didn’t cry but he did not sit still. But she did so good and was so patient.”
“Found a few bargains. They were however having a sidewalk sale there were lots of good deals to be had just alot of shoppers to work around. My husband also found a pair of jeans inside the store he had been looking for and could not find anywhere else.”
“Employees are helpful and friendly. The meat department needs a little tlc with the quality but neighborhood markets aren’t generally known for their meat. Great value to the rescue on everything else!!”
“Really neat store, its a bit expensive but still cheaper than the men's wear house. Nice selection of shirts and pants. Got a nice 3 piece suite for less than $300 with an extra shirt.”
“Came today for a few small purchases today. I always come here to buy the 100 pony tail holders package that dont get caught in your hair and the only ones I will ever use for $6.99. I can get the same amount shipped from China for under 2 bucks, but needed them today cause I was totally out. I also bought a foot peeling mask today, because a friend recommended that I try one and bragged on how well the item works, so I saw them today for $4.99 for a package of 2 and made sure I bought one. And as always, at checkout I always pick up one of their 99cent big reusable bags because they're big and cheap and reusable. I always need one to put something in and sometimes to store stuff in and put on a shelf to keep things organized well. I love this store on West Bypass n Sunshine, because it's the less traveled one and less picked over and neat and clean and very nice employees and more sale items and clearance selection to choose from. I live closer to the Glenstone store, but this store is probably the best one in town on my opinion...”

“Clean Walmart with everything you need. It's smaller than the huge Walmarts but it has a decent produce, baked goods, and juice selection. The prices are reasonable and the parking lot wasn't crazy busy. The lines moved fast and the check out stations were all open and functional.”
“Shopped at this Neighborhood Market while in Springfield and it was a typical Walmart store. They had everything I needed available. The staff were helpful in finding my items while I shopped as well, being unfamiliar with the store's layout. Scan and Go worked easily and I was quickly in and out with my items.”

“Typical walmart experience, nothing bad in particular. Lots of staff stocking shelves and staying busy. Surprisingly a decent amount of open parking spaces for a Sunday afternoon. Felt cluttered inside the store though.”
“Really pleasantly surprised by my Saturday afternoon visit to Target. I went about 9 days before Mizzou starts back, so I was expecting it to be a little chaotic, but it was actually not crowded at all. The store was clean, well lit, and the shelves were impressively well stocked.
They also had a great selection of LEGO and vinyl, which is always a dangerous combination for my wallet. There were also a lot of electric vehicle chargers in the parking lot for those who need that sort of thing. I respect the commitment to keeping both people and cars powered up.
Overall, a really easy and enjoyable Target run!”
“As far as Walmarts go, this place is great! I no longer go to the larger Walmart near Sunshine & West Bypass because the neighborhood market has better selection in my opinion. They have a large selection of paleo and gluten free items, and the cashiers are always very friendly.”
“Deli was great, the girl checking me out needs more training not to be a smartalic but she made a few bad choices like sending my phone to customer service while I was trying to pay for my stuff then I told her about my water below she didn't scan it then she questioned me about not paying for it while I'm trying to get.my phone back so you lost a sale on 32 bottles of water”
“I recently moved back home to Springfield from the gargantuan city of Austin, TX. Getting groceries in Austin was never short of a 2 hour ordeal. Fight 4 lanes of traffic each way on I-45, park in an enormous parking lot bigger than anything Springfield has seen, then fight the foot traffic in HEB for 60 minutes (pretty much the only grocery chain in TX). Didn't matter if I got groceries at 7am on Saturday or 6pm on Friday. It was a nightmare. So this little market is wonderful. I can stop by on my way home from work and literally be in and out in under 20 minutes every time. They offer a surprising amount of organic items, and I've never needed a grocery item they don't carry with exception of organic ginger and turmeric root - which I go to Mama Jeans for. Love this little grocery store. Not a fan of big Wal Mart locations, but these markets are brilliant.”
“My Walmart Neighborhood Market is a good place to shop. They have good produce and lots of products we use every week. Whether I use assisted checkout or self-checkout, there is always a helpful associate to help me process my purchase.”
“Great Grocery Pick Up service. Staff is friendly, courteous and the service is quick and easy. No more finding a parking spot. No more dodging cars while walking in the store. No more pushing a cart up and down aisles dodging people and their carts. No more standing in line at the check out counter. Now I order my groceries from my home on my computer. I pick a day a time for pick up. They text and email me when my order is ready. I respond with I'm on my way. When I arrive I pull in one of the designated parking spots, call them and out they come with my groceries. The best service ever. Order are always correct and the staff is always professional and friendly. before this store started the service I used the service at Walmart on Grand. They were Excellent as well. I now use the W Sunshine store because it's a 5 minute drive vs a 7 minute drive and easier to get in and out of the pick up area.”

“If you've been to a Walmart, this Walmart will be familiar to you, except there are friendly and nice staff here. Our favorite super Walmart to go to even though Campbell and Independence have more selection. Always clean and tidy.”
“I had to take a moment to write a review after picking up my custom cake. The ordering process was simple, the cake was a great price, and the baker who made it did a perfect job decorating it how I had requested. The employee working the bakery ensured I was happy with the cake before leaving as well. Overall, great experience, thank you Walmart bakery employees! :)”
“Not a bad Target. Plenty of parking and a convenient light makes getting in and out easy. I went in a few days before the 4th of July and while they were busy there were plenty of checkers, so there weren't any lines at the registers. The store was clean and well stocked too.”
