“I spoke with the owner today and the hours are 10-4 M-F. They offer jewelry repair , please note that is an out of house service but here in Springfield. If the BYB sign is up he will BYB! Super nice man and who doesn’t love keeping your business and money where you live and work! I went to have repairs and sizing on a few rings. Unfortunately they were not open. I plan to go back I will call first. Rosenbaum’s is on the North side of the square downtown. Parking was convenient however you do have to use public parking and take a very short walk across the street and left at the corner.”

“Great service, very professional and patient. The whole team there has always been very friendly. At no point did I feel rushed or judged in my charm selection but was very informational with how to properly care for the jewelry and any concerns that came up was met with a clear understanding and helpful tools that, honestly, didn’t really add that much. The visiting manager from Arkansas was great knew how to juggle a rush without making anyone feel less important than the other. (I’m awful with names I’m sorry I think the manager att was Colton and the other lady’s name has escaped me but don’t quote me that because I’m not entirely sure.)”
