Coolest part was the first jacket he gave me fit like no other jacket I have, just a testament to the work these guys do everyday. “I entered the store with a specific product in mind. Easton greeted me warmly and immediately set about showing me the product I was interested in. I the questions I asked were answered knowledgeably and the shoes were as I had hoped. Less than 15 minutes from when I walked in the store to trying on two pair and walking out the door with my new shoes purchased. “Chase and his team SAVED my butt! I had a weeeing to go to and I MADE MY OWN SHOES because I literally could not find any shoes that I liked! The pressure from the plane left them destroyed :( I went to EVERY shoe store within a ten mile radius - nothing. The day of I finally get a chance to go to DSW. I walk in, explain my dilemma and IMMEDIATELY got to helping. the person who greeted me was like chase! Do we have any purple shoes? And we were off!!! I was terrified of not finding shoes in time and he helped me through the entire process - as well as others at the same time because cmon, it’s retail!

I stopped in for a new comfy pair of vans and left with two pairs and a couple outfits. Her patience with my needy self is beyond appreciated . I must of tried on 8+ pairs of shoes and due to my wide foot she had to run back several times not a single complaint and she was so friendly and genuinely helpful. I saved $180 dollars thanks to her welcoming customer service and upsell skills which I not only appreciate but applaud. ? “These lady's were absolutely amazing. I came in with my daughter, just got off work, covered in drywall dust and sweat, they met us at the door, welcomed us in and asked what we were looking for. I explained we were looking for clothes for my daughter. They immediately went to work asking my daughter what her favorite colors were, and if she had a style in mind, My daughter is very shy and wasnt offering very much info, and i was completely useless to offer any fashion advice. These lady's started with no info basically and started putting outfits together in dressing room for her to try on, by the end of this my daughter was laughing and smiling ear to ear, had a mini fashion show for them, they brought her out of her shell, and made sure she got clothes she absolutely loves, thank you so much for your patience and your ability to help a dad who's clueless, above and beyond any customer service I could have imagined, absolutely recommend to any one, especially to dad's just doing there best”
“I visited the LOFT store at Battlefield Mall in Springfield, Missouri, on June 9th, right before closing time. I had been shopping for work attire for nearly two weeks and had experienced one disappointing shopping experience after another.
Then I met Kailey.
Even though the store was about to close, she never once made me feel rushed. She patiently helped me find everything I needed, offered excellent suggestions, and made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine desire to help stood out immediately.
Because of Kailey’s help, I am starting my new position with confidence. I truly feel like I’m going to walk in looking like a million bucks, and that’s directly because of the time and care she invested in helping me find the right wardrobe.
Employees like Kailey are rare. She represents LOFT exceptionally well, and I hope she receives recognition for the outstanding customer service she provides. She absolutely deserves it.

“The saleswoman was unbelievably helpful. The scans of my daughter's feet really sped up the shopping experience. My daughter only had to try on 6 or 7 pairs to find a beautiful shoe that fit perfectly. It has the correct amount of flexibility and support. The lady was very familiar with her inventory and knew exactly what questions to ask as my daughter tried out each pair. Had we shopped at a traditional shoe store, we might have tried on 40+ pairs and not found such a great shoe.
I'm thrilled that my daughter's shoes will reduce the likelihood of injuries and fit her so well. These shoes will last a long time, and they were notibly cheaper than custom insoles.”
