Karl's Tuxedos is a busy shop, especially during prom season, requiring some patience, but customers report being in and out within about an hour. The staff is wonderful, very nice, extremely helpful, and provides the best customer service with a smile, even when extremely busy. They are very accommodating, take time with customers, and help make the experience pain-free, totally pleasant, easy, and stress free. They offer same-day fittings and handle last-minute rentals. The sales associates are helpful in getting measurements almost perfect and assisting with selections, helping to put an entire outfit together. They have a good selection. The total cost is reasonable, with great prices and rental deals that include the entire outfit, pocket square, and shoes. Military discounts are also available. The shop is highly recommended, with customers stating they will definitely come back and use Karl's for all future tuxedo needs.
After going to just about everywhere in Springfield, Karl’s Tuxedos had the best service, selection and a great price for quality suits. Very happy with our experience.

The tuxedo renting experience was wonderful for my sons first prom. Very knowledgeable woman helped us and it went without a hitch. When we ran into issues with the corsage, staff went above and beyond to make sure we left satisfied. Highly recommend!

Went in to get a tux for prom, they were extremely helpful. And I went back in to pick it up and try it on, and it fit perfectly. Such a high quality experience.
