“Go here before anywhere else! I was so impressed with the staff and ownership at Men’s Suit Mart. They helped me with every step from the moment I walked in the door. We found the right style, color, and size, and they tailored it perfectly. I went in on Tuesday and was able to pick it up Friday for a wedding on Saturday. My experience here was far better than any of the bigger chain stores. If you’re looking for friendly and dependable service and affordable options this is the place for you! I’m looking forward to working with them again soon.”

“This is My 3rd attempt , this site dissappears the minute I try to sendI travel 125 miles to shop at theSpringfield Missouri storeThis trip was a Birthday Gift for myselfI was happy with my purchases but I questioned the prices on a few itemsYour products are Good quality hut the prices are very expensiveI needed a pair if shoes., DXL wanted $100I passed it upWhile shopping at Sketchers for my wife IFound the same pair of shoes for $50I had several purchases at other stores priced about the same wayMaybe DXL could do more volume with lower pricingI'm a walking/ talking billboard for DXLBUT I often hear the same thing. Too expensiveBeing a volume dealer has advantages and we the consumers are able to purchase more when the prices are lowerIf you ever decide to open A new storeMountain Home Arkansas would be a great placeI send people to DXL. “Amazing customer service! I came in to get my first backpack for a backpacking trip coming up and I had no idea what I was looking for. Alexander was so helpful the entire time! He was super l knowledgeable about all of it and answered any questions I had without making me feel dumb. He even offered for me to try out his own personal tent for my trip before I went and spent money on one that I may not end up liking. There was also one other staff member in the store and she was super friendly as well.”

“I had THE BEST customer service experience at Karl's Tuxedos yesterday! My son and I were shopping for a tux for prom and although they were busy, the sales associates took time with us, got exactly what was wanted, had him measured and order placed and out the door in 40 minutes! And, they did all this with a smile on their face after what I am sure was an extremely difficult Saturday. This also included spending a little time at Linda's flowers to look at corsages. The gentleman there, after showing him a sample of my son's gf's dress flipped the book open to the perfect corsage to match her dress. ONLY 40 MINUTES TOTAL! As far as pricing....Karl's was BY FAR the most reasonable, compared to other similar establishments in the Springfield area! Thank you to everyone qt Karl's and Linda's for making this a pain-free, totally pleasant experience!”

“I hadn't been to a Forever 21 in years until this weekend but this one is pretty good. They have a lot of cute clothes and a good selection of sizes. The prices vary quite a bit (I feel like I remember Forever 21 being a bit cheaper than it is now?) but they seem to have a lot of sale items too. Everything was clean, folded, and organized.”

“I am giving this 5 star review specifically for Jacelyn who works at the Battlefield Mall Location. I had gone in w my daughter so she could tell me some things she wanted for Christmas. I went to the front counter and asked a woman to please hold the items. I came back about 1 hr later without my daughter to purchase the items. I went to the front register and the people up there could not find the items. They said sorry it's been crazy. On my way out Jacelyn offered to help me. Unfortunately i had to bring my daughter in to try and find the same items. One was a clearance item so i knew they would be gone. Jacelyn offered to look at the register where i was previously told the items were gone. She ended up finding them. Sad my daughter knows exactly what she is getting, but this young lady provided exemplary customer service that nobody else wanted to provide. She deserves a raise!!”
