The store layout can be confusing, and the app does not show precise aisle and bay locations, causing customers to wander. A major complaint is that outdoor products frequently lack price labels, requiring a difficult QR code scan that often fails, creating an extremely frustrating experience. Inventory issues are also problematic, with items shown in stock online sometimes unavailable in-store, leading to extra charges for special orders. The rebate program is disliked for being merely a coupon for future purchases.
