“This place saved my phone and believe me when I say, I thought it was a goner. While I was down by the lake, I dropped my phone under a marina about 9 feet down and unfortunately was not able to get it until 16 whole hours after it happened. With the phone not turning on, I thought for sure it wasn’t gonna make it but we researched the best places to take it to and me and my dad found this place across from the mall. The gentlemen at the counter was very kind, reassuring and overall so helpful. After a couple of days, I came to pickup the phone and it worked perfectly. I slept good at night knowing this place was going to do whatever they could to remedy the situation. I was at peace knowing my phone was at this place. “I went to the store today in a pretty desperate situation. I use my phone to verify my logins at work and my phone was having major issues. I was fortunate enough to be assisted by Sage and was able to get everything on my phone transferred to a new device. Since my phone kept restarting itself, we weren't sure if a normal transfer of data would be possible. Because of this, Sage showed me hot to backup my phone on the google cloud so we could rely on that if needed. Fortunately, we didn't need to rely on that and Sage helped me transfer all my data and setup my new phone. I was stressed out and concerned when I arrived but, thanks to Sage, I left with everything taken care of. This was a great experience. Thank you, Sage!”

They were patient with my 88 yo aunt getting her first smart phone. I will not go to another cricket store.”

“I had a very pleasant and easy experience. The staff was wonderful, I believe her name was Kimme, she made my experience easier and was a joy to converse with. She was very professional and helped ensure everything was well taken care of. We had laughs and though it took a bit of time I must say she made it enjoyable. The time flew by and before I knew it I was all set. The gentleman employee who came in shortly before I left was kind as well.
This tiny store is quite a gem I think Kimme needs a raise for her customer service and people skills. 10/10 recommend this store.”
