MHC Carrier Transicold - Springfield
3315 East Kearney Street, Springfield MO 65803
“We came to buy a bumper but then we broke down but then we saw Sam. He helped us take out and install our valve then we turned on our truck the problem wasn't solved so we checked the brake chamber and it was that. Then the second we started the truck our check engine turned on. Me and my dad were stressing out alot thinking it was something major but Sam came in told us not to worry he hooked up the computer then it was just our oil pressure sensor. Sam helped us install that then we went on our way. Sam was very honest and kind hearted and helped us through all our troubles and hardships God bless his soul I wound not have rather broke down anywhere else.”

“Needed to move a few large items. Rented a trailer, but required it on a Sunday morning. Owner/operator rearranged his schedule to make it happen. He also assisted with all needed items without being a pushy salesperson. The personal service was a nice touch compared to the larger U-haul operations. Highly recommend!”

Penske Truck Rental

“My wife and I received the absolute best customer service and support from Kevin and John and really the entire staff while renting a vehicle to complete our relocation from Dallas to Springfield Missouri. Kevin was helpful with selecting the right vehicle and even suggesting a local restaurant for the best chicken fried steak in town .The process was quick and and to be honest alot better than service we received at Uhaul .The price was very inexpensive and they have an after hours key box for late vehicle returns .Take my word dont waste your time going to Uhaul or Budget go directly to Penske rentals located in Springfield ask for Kevin or John and or anyone at the service desk and you won't be disappointed.”

“Great people to deal with. Got a van that had 525 miles on it. I was going down the road and the rear-end caught fire! I was only 8 miles into my trip. Limped it back and was given another van. I just don't know about uhaul. That could have caught the whole van on fire and kilt me! All I got was "I will see if I can get you another van." All I wanted was an I'm Sorry this happened to you.”

Success Leasing Inc
2740 N Mayfair Ave, Springfield MO 65803
“I started a regular lease of a brand new Peterbilt 579 at the end of 2021, the process was extremely smooth and seamless, every one from Success Leasing was helpful, professional and polite. Now, 157 weeks later I've turned my truck in and my opinion still the same as the first day, with only one very important difference, now I know for fact that Prime or Success Leasing won't scam you one bit, they won't fire before you finish your lease to keep the Lease completion incentive like many people think or say, that is simply a lie. The end of Leasing is as seamless as the initial Leasing and the money you get is accordingly to the conditions of your truck. There are a lot of urban legends in regards to the Prime/Success Leasing program, but my experience was nothing short of amazing.”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
1161 W Division St, Springfield MO 65803
“Considering that I didn't have to react with a human being because it was a weekend, this wasn't an altogether bad experience. As an old guy with fat fingers navigating the cell app was a bit cumbersome but all in all picked up the truck I wanted, after hours and dropped it off with a minimal amount of difficulty. I'm sure if I did this regularly it would have been a lot easier.”

U-Haul Moving & Storage at N Glenstone
1768 N Glenstone Ave, Springfield MO 65803
“Upon dropping off the truck, I'd left and thought I'd forgotten a garage door key fob in the cab. I came back to the location which was extremely busy, and I believe her name was Chloe, not only double checked inside, but back out to the rear lot to physically check inside the truck. It wasn't there, but she took my information. It was over 100 degrees outside, and she made me fell like my own mistake was her #1 priority.”
