“Very helpful finding the right shirt in the right size! I was amazed at the choices. Hard to find sizes up to a size 8xlt on the shelf. The down side.... reason for the 4 star....The price was a sticker shock. 2 everyday t-shirts and a hawiian style shirt $110. I now know why larger people don't have more than one or 2 shirts.”

“This Red Wing store is my 6th store in my lifetime which I have used to purchase boots. I have been in probably 7 or 8 more stores which I did not purchase boots.
I met the most knowledgeable sales person (Trinity) I have ever encountered in any Red Wing or any shoe store for that matter. She answered every single question I ask and if she did not know the answer she took the time to get the information I needed.
Eric the manager of the store also has done work on one of my previous purchases of a pair of boots by adding hook eyelets to the top four eyelets. It was the best work I have ever had done on my Redwings. He also stretched a boot this time while I waited but he was sure to let me know that it really needed to be on the stretcher longer and if I need to come back, if I would drop them off he would leave it on the stretcher at least eight hours to make sure it does the job. Awesome store #650 Springfield,Missouri. Awesome boots size 11 875 W and size 11 10875 W are the best boots I have purchased yet! Both purchased from Trinity with a full knowledge of the differences between the two.”

“I sent my husband to Town and County to grab something for a James Bond themed gala. I sent him in without me (unsupervised ? scary). He went in at 3:30pm…the event was at 5:30. He had a dapper suit, great service, and the whole look tailored in under an hour. Phenomenal. When he showed up…I was thrilled, he looked impeccable. You know what they say about a happy wife! ?.”

“Amazing customer service! I stopped in today to look at a coat. They didn’t have what I wanted, but I left with 3 sweaters. Excellent service. I was promptly greated when I walked through the door. The sales associates all worked together to place items in the dressing rooms. They asked multiple times when I was trying on items if sizes worked, etc. This is the best customer service I have received in a clothing store in a long time. Great job!”

“They're always super helpful and nice BUT I'm happy to tell you that last night I left a $100 bottle of cologne there. Was trying on shoes and left it on the seat, once I got home I realized it but they were already closed.This morning I called and told them and they said instantly that they have it so I was able to come get it. Anyone that works there could have easily just kept it and nobody would've ever know but they put it up for me and I really really appreciate that kind of honesty and integrity. “Maybe it was because i was taking pictures for my review or maybe they thought I was a criminal,either way it was a disturbing visit as it felt like my brother and I were being stereotyped and under surveillance. We stopped because we have never been to academy sports and not sure I would return. We did make purchases while there.”
