“We had to create a document for a eulogy. We came in and had Hugh help us . I have to say that his customer service and level assistance was absolutely top notch. He was able to take what we had and make it into what we needed from the ground up. He helped us for about an hour while working by himself and still managed to help all the other customers at the same time.
