“We were in town for a tournament and needed helmet screws for our daughter's helmet, Jeff and his staff got the helmet, looked it over and went to work. All the screws were replaced and they repaired the padding( it had seen better days). They suggested for us to leave the helmet so the glue would hold and offered us a new helmet( just like the one she had) to use for the upcoming day then return it. What customer service!! While we were waiting, they helped us find wrestling gear for our grandson. You don't get that nowadays, it's no wonder how they have stayed in business so long. Looking for anything sports related; you cant miss with Play It Again and Jeff's team.”
“I took my 9 yr old Twins to their first card shop Saturday ... well we ended up going to 3 in town. They loved Fastbreak so much we came back the next day and spent hours opening packs and looking at everything. The guys were so nice and helpful. I even fell back in love with collecting after a 30 yr hiatus! Thank you so much for giving my family a hobby we can enjoy together.”

“This was my first time going to Rally House and I excited to see how much STL Cardinals and KC Chiefs gear they had. The employees were nice and very helpful in finding what I was looking for. There was a wide variety of clothing options and gear to pick from. Some items did seem a little pricy but that's probably for good quality.”
“I decided to build a custom skateboard there and the associates were so helpful, I could not remember the workers name that helped me through it all but they were so amazing! I ended up leaving with a giant smile on my face and another way to pass time on beautiful days. I could not recommend this place enough. I’ll definitely be going back to get more supplies if I need them.”

“Maybe it was because i was taking pictures for my review or maybe they thought I was a criminal,either way it was a disturbing visit as it felt like my brother and I were being stereotyped and under surveillance. We stopped because we have never been to academy sports and not sure I would return. We did make purchases while there.”

“They're always super helpful and nice BUT I'm happy to tell you that last night I left a $100 bottle of cologne there. Was trying on shoes and left it on the seat, once I got home I realized it but they were already closed.This morning I called and told them and they said instantly that they have it so I was able to come get it. Anyone that works there could have easily just kept it and nobody would've ever know but they put it up for me and I really really appreciate that kind of honesty and integrity. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!”
“My kind of store. Great stuff for sports fans. Lacks friendly, out-going sales staff. I'm a former Store Mgr. at a similar place in a neighboring state who took a store from last (out of 17) to 3rd in 1 yr. You've got to get to know your customers and go the extra mile (special orders, etc.), which, frankly No One in Springfield retail seems to. But, again, this store has the stuff.”
“I'm from out of town and I wish we had a store like this. I thought the shop was great. Huge selection of bags and drivers. If you're brand new to the sport they may not have a cheap set for you. Very knowledgeable on the differences in the golf balls . They regrip clubs and bend lofts and have almost every accessory available.”
