They were out of what we asked for but she found a suitable car very quickly. There is no smoking in these cars, but my Buick Encore faintly smells of cigarette smoke.

I’ve used Enterprise & Avis in the past & was never treated as well as I was with Thrifty. 2 yrs ago, Enterprise even said there was problem with our prepaid rental & re-done it at a $300 higher cost to us. I tried to fight it & complained, but they did nothing. I’ve refused to use enterprise since.

The agent on duty was amazing, very helpful and super friendly. The car was pristine. The experience restored my view of car rentals after a recent experience with another company where not only did I get up charged, but the vehicle was dirty and some buttons did not work. Kudos to Thrifty, will definitely use again.
