“I’m a long time Emerald Aisle Executive level renter and have always appreciated the ability to choose my own vehicle. This is especially important when traveling with my golf clubs and needing an SUV. I didn’t realize that Springfield has to assign cars upon arrival, and with 4 bags of clubs I was concerned. Not to worry though, the excellent counter staff found a vehicle that would suit my needs and my group was off quickly. Excellent vehicle and staff. Will happily continue renting from National.”

And got us in n out n on the road ... quickly .. she needs a raise ..and the rest of .the employees were fun n friendly.. “I recently broke down in town. Luckily there was an Enterprise location just across the street. Simon was so extremely helpful and concerned about my situation. While they didn't have any cars he was able to connect me with another location where I was able to rent a car. Eli waited until the last minute till I got there just before closing. They were so accommodating while my car was in the process of being repaired by allowing me to extend my rental by a few days. Then when I had to buy a car in another town the office in that town helped me get the rental back to them as easily as possible. I will be renting from Enterprise from now on!”

“I had to rent a car on very short notice after a nearby repair shop explained my car wasn't safe to drive after a wreck. They were very accommodating and got me into an almost new full-size car at a fair rate. I called to renew the lease over several weeks while waiting for my car to get fixed and had no problems. I returned the car better than I got it- spic and span, full of gas and it even smelled better- grateful to have a reliable, comfortable vehicle for me and my family to use. They were again pleasant to deal with and even drove me to the repair shop after checking the car back in. It was a good experience for me overall - even under a not-so-fun time dealing with a prolonged car repair.”

He was awesome, got us the car earlier since our flight arrived early and even helped us when we returned the car a few days later. He gave us recommendations to visit in and around Branson since it was our first time in Missouri! I saw some of the other reviews but we just returned the car. Will update on any hidden fees or charges. We took pictures before and after the return as well!”

“the nice lady at the counter in Springfield Airport was awesome. She had all my paperwork ready, was very helpful with the questions I had and was professional and kind. The vehicle was really nice and clean. I was given a Toyota 4 Runner and it was awesome. Perfect for what I needed and pretty good on gas. The return process was just as easy. Very quick return and I was on my way to get to my flight. I also thought the price was reasonable, especially given the economy. pick up Wed at 1300 and returned Sat at 1100 - was less the $ 230.00.I have not had to rent a vehicle in over 20 years but if I ever need to rent again I will definitely check with Avis.Thank you so much for helping me on this little journey to come a long way away to see my nephew graduate from Army Basic Training!!”

“Was concerned about renting from this location based on google reviews.Fortunately, I had a trouble-free experience renting there. I made my reservation beforehand on the Avis app. The gentleman at the desk (I wish I noted his name for the review) was polite and professional. There was no line, so I was in and out of the building with the keys in hand and the rental agreement in about 5 minutes.The final price and rental options matched my reservation exactly. I reserved a full size and got a Nissan Altima that was clean and had low miles.They do offer after-hours returns, which I also had no trouble with aside from making sure I have filled out the paperwork and submitted it with the key correctly.”
