“My wife and I are beyond happy with our experiences here! Shalimar and Maddie were such a pleasure to work with. They were kind, very helpful, and flexible. A deer hit our vehicle, and was being repaired in the collision center. During this stressful time, Shalimar and Maddie took great care of us. We had a family trip planned, and they were kind enough to give us the Toyota sienna; which made the trip quite comfortable. Our first rental, was the Toyota Tacoma, and it was very nice. Shalimar and Maddie gave a level of customer service that was above and beyond what is typically given nowadays. It was very smart business to give us both of those vehicles as rentals, because my wife and I have considered purchasing both of those vehicles. Now that we got to drive them, we are motivated to buy. We have bought two vehicles from reliable Toyota, and intend to purchase more in the future. We will be customers for life. I intend on actively promoting reliable Toyota to my large network of acquaintances and friends. Great job!”

“I worked with 3 different employees throughout my process. Each one excelled at their service. From the start, it was a pleasure to rent with this Enterprise location. I stopped in the day before and was welcomed to ask any questions. I set up my rental and when I picked it up, I was warmly greeted and the employee genuinely inquired about what brought me in.
The employee made sure to highlight that I was getting the best they had to offer at the price I wanted.
As my trip progressed, I needed to extend my agreement a few days. It was so quick and easy to do with this team.

“We’ve rented a vehicle twice in the past month and had a great experience both times. To get a better rate, we did book through Priceline. The staff onsite were friendly, professional, and incredibly patient—especially considering how rude some customers can be (a reminder that we should all treat service workers with more kindness). Both vehicles were clean, had low mileage, and were genuinely fun to drive! The pick-up and return processes were smooth and hassle-free. My only minor complaint is that the parking lot is a bit tight. Still, we’ll definitely rent from them again!”
“My friends and I were on a girls’ road trip headed to Oklahoma from Indiana. We were driving through Springfield, MO, and my
6-way transfer seat blew fuse. This made it impossible for me to help with the driving, because I couldn’t get into the driver’s seat. I called the Braun 24-hour number and was told to contact United Access in Springfield, MO. I called first thing in the morning and spoke with an employee named Chris. He assured me that they would make time to look at my van whenever I got there. Chris and United Access were absolutely our guardian angels that day. He got us back on the road and gave us extra fuses in case this happened again. That was the kindest and most generous event to happen on our entire trip. Chris went above and beyond by showing both of my friends, how to change the fuse, should this happen again. Then when I asked about paying, he said, I owed nothing. Please know how thankful and grateful the 3 of us are for all your preventative maintenance and problem solving. I have a strong feeling this is the type of concern and effort Chris Tinder puts into his work daily. We appreciate Chris and United Access!”
