I can't remember the gentleman's name, but he was very kind telling us where to go and getting us on our way to the airport without any delays.”

“We were given a Jeep renegade with 50,000 miles on it. We drove the car for a total of 350 miles. When we returned the vehicle, we left it at Champion collision center. They picked the car up the next day they said when they open the back hatch a trim piece fell off. Well, I didn’t mention the front tire felt like it was ready to fall off. They’re gonna charge my insurance company for a piece of junk car that they rental to us we never even use the damn back hatch. Do not use them. They’re a rip off.”

“Friendly and helpful staff. I had a car rented prior to a major hail storm, in which they had 85% of their vehicles damaged enough to be out of service, they were still able to provide me with an excellent vehicle for my trip! I do recommend Hert car rental.”

“I was a little hesitant to book my car rental here because of all the negative reviews, but I had no issues at all! Picking up the car inside the airport was super easy. The rental counter is located right next to baggage claim. While the sign on the wall says, Hertz, there is a sign on a stand indicating it is also the line for Dollar Car Rental. The staff member that helped us was friendly. She did try to upsell us on a bigger vehicle, but was not pushy about it at all. We had our rental car very quickly. Returning the car was super fast as well. In the end I actually paid a few dollars less than the remaining quoted price that I was expected to pay in person”
“Wanted to share my experience because I was intimidated by the reviews when debating going through this company. We walked in last minute after a different company screwed us over and we needed a car now, in 10 minutes we left with a clean and reliable vehicle. The staff was polite and helpful to us both over the phone and in person. They do require you to return the car with a full tank of gas but they offered to let us pay up front what a current tank of gas cost in case the price shot up by the time we got back, which I thought was nice. Also felt like we got a pretty reasonable rate considering we walked in and asked what was available, didn't reserve ahead of time. Just a heads up that they need a bank issued debit card, not a chime card or anything like that. Overall we had a good experience and I would go through them again if I needed another rental.”
