Hands down the best Avis I've ever dealt with. Lewis I believe is his name is so helpful and patient and professional definitely recommend this store. Shannon as well. I have rented from many Avis rental car locations. This one really takes the cake

Customer service was far from acceptable. While the personnel were friendly, the check in took a half hour and, due to alleged computer problems, resulted in three separate authorizations to my card. The car's interior wasn't clean, had a defective turn signal, and a low tire. Never again, Avis.

Only complaint is they failed to have enough counter help for the 25-30 customers waiting in line. Otherwise, the vehicle was a great value and drove great. Returning the car was super easy.
