Zero sense of urgency or courtesy regarding peoples time at this location. No atm. 2 representatives at desks no tellers and the longest wait to make a simple withdrawal i have ever had. with only 2 people ahead of me i have been continuously sitting here for over 30 mins.

The employees do their job excellently, they are friendly and attentive. However, this bank branch needs more staff, at least two more, to avoid queues and long waiting times.
