βWOW! Had a fantastic experience at Happy's in Fenton today. We went in with low expectations looking for a gas dryer - specific brand and quality. In 5 minutes we found EXACTLY what we were looking for. Ro assisted us. No pressure - just answered our questions. We made our purchase, scheduled delivery for tomorrow and were in and out in 20 minutes. Very friendly staff, knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend! Worth the visit for sure.β
βOurs is not a fancy or expensive unit, probably just whatever happened to be on sale at Home Depot the day our old one burned out. Fixed quickly for a fair price and back in action!β

βIf you ever need to rent an appliance. Please try them out. My fiance got a washer and dryer from them and it's great. They have quality appliances for your buck and it wont hurt your wallet or bank. Weekly, bi- weekly and monthly options on payments. But dont just take me word for it. Go see for yourself. βThe staff was super friendly, and even helped me load the soil onto the flat bed cart with me. After I was done checking out, there was a younger lady in the garden area who was told to go on break, and offered to help load the soil in the truck with me, since the guys that usually do it weren't around. I didn't want her to have to go to work while on her break, but she insisted. That kind of work is hard to come by.
Then the guy that usually does it, finally comes out of hiding, and the girl asks him to help. He says yes and even pushes the heavy cart for me to where I parked and loaded it into the truck with me.
I was very impressed with how everyone was working together. That is what I call true teamwork.
I will definitely be coming back to this location.β

βI was in the garden center the morning of Friday May 24th. I wish I would have gotten the name of the women who was working as cashier. She was an absolute delight. She was chatting away with customers, while answering questions, and even cheering on the young men who were helping to load up. She seriously should be the manager. What an asset.β
βExquisite top notch service!! My first time doing some minor contracting work on my own and I went to Home Depot and EVERYONE was super friendly and very very helpful to me. I want to especially say thanks to Cynthia who just started working in flooring, she went out of her way to help and assist me the entire time I had any concerns or questions about the floor I'm repairing. Cynthia not only helped me the entire time, she was a pleasure to talk with. I want to thank everyone at Home Depot in Ferguson, I had the best experience and looking forward to my next trip there! βOrdered a new fridge online for a price much lower than any competitor. Before confirming shipping, Melissa sent me images of the fridge I had purchased and called me to see if I would like to proceed. There was some cosmetic damage which is common for an item with this big of a discount. I was hesitant to continue but Melissa took it upon herself to find me the exact same model that was in new condition. Rather than charge me the difference in price, Melissa and her GM gave me the fridge in better condition for the same initial price. As somebody furnishing their first home this was extremely helpful and I am grateful for the great customer service. 10/10 would definitely recommend!β

βThis location was packed last week for the end of April... but they had beautiful flowers and a wide assortment of mulch. I prefer to go to the smaller floral shops for actual plants, but I needed to come here for peat moss that they didn't carry elsewhere. Although it was busy the self check out went relatively quick. Overall pleased with the experience.β
βIt's that time! I absolutely love this season get your patio ready here at Home Depot. HD is my go to place! From the beautiful flowers and the wonderful customer service, guys come check this out! They also have a nice vegetable section as well! Don't forget you can get your lawn care needs, and all types of power tools and wonderful things for the home!β
