“I needed to order a hardwood to match hardwood we installed in our house several years ago. Jason was able to find the company and get an order. He was great about keeping up with the status of the order and getting it to the house. He also provided a list of different hardwood flooring installers and suggested a couple that had good feedback. We ended up hiring Tim Scott from A Step Above Flooring. Tim was quick to get us an estimate, and was on time and did a great job with the installation and clean up! All around great experience!”

“The staff was super friendly, and even helped me load the soil onto the flat bed cart with me. After I was done checking out, there was a younger lady in the garden area who was told to go on break, and offered to help load the soil in the truck with me, since the guys that usually do it weren't around. I didn't want her to have to go to work while on her break, but she insisted. That kind of work is hard to come by.
Then the guy that usually does it, finally comes out of hiding, and the girl asks him to help. He says yes and even pushes the heavy cart for me to where I parked and loaded it into the truck with me.
I was very impressed with how everyone was working together. That is what I call true teamwork.
I will definitely be coming back to this location.”
“Earlier this week I woke up to every breastfeeding mom’s nightmare… a fridge going out with over 200 ounces of breastmilk inside of it!! Luckily we were able to get the milk to a deep freeze in time so that my hard work stashing extra milk wouldn’t go to waste. Then I called Kim Zimmer and she worked hard to help me find a new fridge that I would love. She made sure it got to me ASAP so I would have somewhere safe to store my sons extra milk! I definitely recommend Kim at Autco for all of your appliance needs!!”
“I was in the garden center the morning of Friday May 24th. I wish I would have gotten the name of the women who was working as cashier. She was an absolute delight. She was chatting away with customers, while answering questions, and even cheering on the young men who were helping to load up. She seriously should be the manager. What an asset.”

“The staff are very kind and accommodating with their willingness to help though I would thoroughly check any lumber that you're purchasing as it is very hard to find a straight board nowadays. If you order ahead and request a pickup order then who knows what quality you will get. I had to go searching through numerous boards in order to find a small amount of straight or slightly curved manageable boards with a variety of sizes. The store is good but I am very upset with the quality of Wood nowadays. It is sad to say that you cannot find a straight board. The tool selection and everything else is good and fairly priced with a nice selection to choose from.”

As he was helping me, another customer stopped over to also thank Les for helping him out so much. So, this guy is just all around a great employee and human. We need more Les in the world!”
“I love Menards, they don’t have it in Alabama so I come every time I visit my daughter in St. Louis. I always find whatever I need. The staff is very helpful. One request is to get more than two mobility scooters. The populist is getting old. I had to not go to one two days ago because they only had one scooter and a lady literally came in after me and took it in front of me. Those of us that need it really need it.”

“After visiting all of the local stores that carry smaller chainsaws, this Lowe’s had the best selection and price for the very high-quality Milwaukee brand chainsaw. Much better customer service and staffing recently. An individual showed me where the nails and other tool areas were, and then escorted me across the store to where The very hard to find chainsaws are located. Always remember that they do have a place to dispose of your lightbulbs. I have worked with the project managers on kitchen projects as well as storm door selection in these areas have a great individuals.”

“Truly, I am not joking when I say that menards is one of my top reasons for living in the Midwest. At this specific one, sometimes it's a bit hard to find somebody to help you, but not unreasonably so. Also, I really appreciate that menards stays out of politics unlike home depot.”
