“Today, I went up there to use my warranty on my bed that I purchased years ago. The manager SAM was amazing!!!I called a day ago, around the morning time, asking what exactly do I need in order to honor the bed set warranty. (FYI: you need the tags from the bed/box spring and the receipt if you have it). Sam answered all of my questions and concerns. I even told him that I had this receipt on my fridge for a few years now. We chuckled. When I came in, I asked the young lady about the beds and she got her manager Sam. I said hi and I stated that I’m trying to get new beds from my warranty. He asked if I was the same lady from yesterday that he had spoken to. He even brought up the fact of me having my receipt on the fridge. I was like wow! He remembered. You have to know that we live a life that came be sometimes STRESSFUL and we tend to just forget about work after we clock out. So, for him to remember that detail after all the time we had between us, it’s a beautiful thing!”

“-Vibe: clean, organized, easy to navigate. The stairs may not be easy for people with mobility issues, but there may be elevator, I didn’t get a change to look closely.- Service: well staffed and they were friendly.- Price: reasonable and had good sales going the day of visit.-Parking: plenty and free, it’s a second floor garage that you turn into.-Near other stores: across the street from REI, Whole Foods, Nordstrom rack, Michael’s. Near The Promenade at Brentwood, which is a nightmare in terms of parking but has stores such as Trader Joe’s and Target.”

Friendly staff, fun and unique items for all ages, and fabulous boutique clothing and accessories. I got the purse of my dreams here and it was the easiest $23 I ever spent. Will be back!”

“I needed to get a bunch of clothes for a recycled fabric quilt project I’m doing and I was able to find a bunch of clothes in the colors and patterns I was looking for (pinstripes, florals, lots of shades of green)! Bring hand sanitizer and possibly gloves if you get grossed out by the goodwill bins- it’s kind of like that but more organized since many things are arranged in rainbow order on hanging racks! I will definitely come back again if I need cheap fabric”

“Love the stores and used to be the best place to save money. Prices are way over inflated now and their e commerce store has no returns. Need to change many things to avoid closing store locations.”

“Probably my second favorite thrift store I’ve ever visited.Clean and well organized. Prices seem a bit too high considering they have too much inventory, but great place.”

“I think this is one of the best locations in the metro. Donation dropoff is super easy and the employees working the dropoff are always very nice. I have found some great items here especially toys and home goods. I found a bike for my son for only $15 that is $50 at target. Clothing is more hit or miss. I like that by shopping at Goodwill first instead of buying new I am helping to give used items a second life and keep them out of the landfill.”

“Large location, lots of furniture, clothing, housewares, and books. I found a vintage red necklace for $5. What is the deal with all the thrift stores around here having a bunch of Precious Moments figurines?”

“This is a clean, orderly location with a great staff. The newly paved parking lot is a true improvement to the area. Today I want to give a shout out to team member Jerry. I’d been shopping this past Sunday and found an antique, gold plated, embossed hand mirror. Beautiful piece. As I was winding down that evening, I couldn’t find it. After searching the other items I’d brought home, I realized I’d left it in the shopping cart in the parking lot. I called the store, spoke with Jerry. I explained the situation to him and he assured me he would go look for it when we hung up. I left my contact information. Minutes later he called and affirmed he’d found it as I’d described! I picked it up the next day and was fortunate to be able to thank him in person. A great experience!”

“Had a number of household items in good condition. Pulled up and was assisted by a very enthusiastic gentleman who assured me that all my donations would be put to good use. He assisted me in getting the things out of my trunk and into a shopping cart for transport into the store. I was in and out in less than ten minutes. A very easy, and pleasant, experience.”

“Large store with much better selection of housewares and clothing than the Florissant location. Lots of crystal glassware, dishes, and kitchen items still in boxes. When a pair of Crocs are in the locked display case, though, you can't imagine you'll find much of quality name brands.”

“I love looking though their inventory to find that hidden gem. I've repurposed numerous items that with a little TLC can save you a bunch of money and get an end result that can fit right in with your ideas. These pendent lights came from the same kitchen table fixture that we reworked to fit in with our decor.”
