“I’m a huge supporter of small businesses and Cozy Shop is a prime example of small business done right. Every customer is greeted with a smile and a thank you, the surrounding area is positively magical, and I’m never disappointed in the unique treasures I can find there. I got my husband a Main Street Trolley sweatshirt there this year and it is his favorite thing to wear. Highly recommend!”

“Nice clothing store on Main Street in Saint Charles City. They were recommended for cub scout uniforms and patches.
The employees were super helpful sizing my son and with advice as to what I patches I needed for the uniform.
They appear to have large selection of quality clothes and I hope to return sometime to check it out more one day.”
“I was at the festival of little hills with a group of girls for a bachelorette party when the bride wanted to go into the shop. We had a very pregnant girl in the group and the owner immediately offered her a bottle of water and to use the bathroom if she needed which was so thoughtful. She was just so kind. While looking around the bride, who is my childhood best friend, was looking at baby clothes and stated, “can you just get pregnant so I can buy a bunch of stuff.” I was planning on telling her I was pregnant after her bachelorette party but the opportunity just felt too perfect. I said, “actually, I AM pregnant.” The owner witnessed this interaction and gave me a free baby rattle. She was truly overjoyed to be there in that moment and have such a precious memory happen in her shop. The entire bridal party hugged me while there afterwards. I cannot wait to come back with my baby and purchase some clothes to thank her.”
“Wonderful store, their soaps have an amazing aroma. My favorite is Jasmine. Once you use these you'll never want manufactured soaps again! The owners and staff are always a pleasure to chat with. AND they have a men's line!”
“Our boss scheduled for the team to crochet bunnys, and it was quite the experience! We laughed when our bunny wasn't looking so great, but they made sure to help us the whole way through to ensure we left with a pretty bunny! Amy and Amy are incredible hosts. Additionaly, extremely patient! We weren't the most gifted when it came to this craft, but they did not give up on us! It's not everyday you get to do something like this. So, whether you're with friends, family, or co-workers, I believe you will have a wonderful time. Thank you SO much for making out experience filled with laughs! “A delightful store with great employees! Jo helped me find Christmas gifts—the handmade Santas are stunning and priced so reasonably! Plus the surprise nook of clothes was a fun place to shop for some warmer clothes since I brought the wrong kind! The furniture is so comfortable and a great variety in a super fun store to visit! If you like clocks, there are a bunch of them, plus the floral arrangements are vey nicely presented by seasons. I will be back and so should you!! You will enjoy this store and go visit April’s second store next door where the arrangements are made. Have fun in both like I did!!!”
“I haven’t been into The Collective Market in years, but stopped by today on a whim and was seriously impressed with the direction it’s moved in! Everything is so wonderfully curated and unique. You can tell a lot of time, thoughtful details, and love have been poured into The Collective Market. They even had my favorite hand lotion from Messner Bee Farm that I thought I could only get in Kansas City in their shop. Such a fun surprise! Genuinely a fan and already can’t wait to go back.”

They went above and beyond with helping us. They put everything we wanted to try on in a dressing room for us and even added things they thought we might liked. “This is such a wonderful boutique! The owner, Ashley, is fully invested in giving each guest a wonderful experience. They have sizing from XS-3XL, and as a plus size girly, I very much appreciate being able to shop in store. Today, Allie and Lilly helped me find several pieces that will work from business to casual. The quality of each piece is so good and the prices are reasonable. Worth the 45 miles from Illinois to get there!”
