Great experience. Yes, they take your credit card to pull parts to ensure you show up. One of the parts I needed was damaged and they called me to let me know and see if I was gonna still want the other one I needed.

I paid $49 for an alternator worked great saved me in a pinch. Not the friendliest bunch but they'll get your part quick, it'll work, and it's cheap.
