“I could not have hoped for better help. They were able to assist (same day) when heavy boxes were delivered in my driveway unexpectedly. They did so good, I asked for their help unloading a POD, the next day. Please use them but, don't abuse them. Their job is hard. I had Terry and Dorothy. They worked in tandem as a team quickly. The cost was competitive. They communicated and updated as needed They arrived on time. I was very pleased and will always try to use Small Movers for the not too large assistance with items, I can not move. They can even assemble purchases.?”

“Jonathan and his guys went above and beyond helping us. We originally booked them for 1 hour to help load our 26’ rental truck with 3 big heavy items. We thought that moving the 3 items from inside our 2 story home into the truck would take up the entire hour but they got it done so fast there was plenty of time remaining and they helped us load the entire truck of the items we already removed from the house and put in the garage! If you need movers for your entire home contents or just to help you out for an hour with the heavy items, these are the guys to call! All the guys were friendly, polite and professional.”

“Hello Everyone, I have heard back from My Way and they provided me the info I needed to locate my vehicle are they are actively working to help me recover it due to the unjustified towing I experienced at their facility, However, now the tow yard has sent off for a title to my vehicle which should never have been towed in the first place and I can’t get ahold of Ms. Tammy which is who I was paying my money to for storage, this is unbelievable to entrust the safety of my vehicle to a company and to have it literally stolen when I did everything I was supposed to do!!!”

“I train in mixed martial arts and I was looking for space in my basement and not only did these clean up my basement making more space it made them look nice too. At first I was using them to hang up boxes but after a little bit of time I used them to hang up clothes, bags and other materials that I used often. I personally think they are a good useful product and they are definitely worth the price to easily clean up a mess.”

“Crystal ,who dropped off my unit, was impressive to watch. First of all, I was glad that it was a female. Second of all, she maneuvered our tight driveway with ease that a New York City driver could do.
Crystal was very thorough in explaining all the details of every step with 1800 PackRat.
She was careful not to hurt our lawn by putting blocks underneath to support the unit. She even had to put up with some people that thought they knew better about how to park it than she, who has been driving trucks for 23 years!
Throughout the process, Crystal not only called me to let me know she was on the way, but was very patient and helpful. God definitely sent me the right person to help me with this move! I would recommend you start your journey with this company!”
