“I called so many places to try to get my cat shaved and was so glad I went with this place. With the help of calming pills suggested by the vet, our senior kitty was able to be groomed without the need for sedation. The groom itself looked so much better than I had hoped for, and the price was very affordable. They worked with our kitty and carefully observed his temperament to minimize his stress during the groom.”
“Hands down the most amazing veterinary care ! Our Cooper tore his ACL and I researched at least 10 different vets to perform his surgery . The first person I talked to was Madeline( vet tech). She was kind and empathetic to his situation and had Tiffany ( vet nurse) call me the next day . Tiffany is amazing ! She provided so much information and answered all my questions and was so reassuring that I booked a consult with Dr. Chris . He spent over 1 hour going through details and answered all of our questions . We felt heard and never felt rushed . Cooper underwent his TPLO surgery this week and the office has consistently followed up on how he was doing . Tiffany once again was phenomenal! The day of surgery she was so compassionate and went over everything in detail for his postoperative course . Cooper is an extremely anxious dog and he went right with her . She has a calming presence ! Dr. Chris has called twice post op already and helped us navigate through his pain control and offered reassurance , support and changed up pain medicine regimen that helped Cooper so much . We have never felt so CARED for. I cannot say enough GREAT things to adequately describe the true gratitude we have for every single friendly, welcoming face working there . A big THANK YOU to Tiffany , Madeline and Dr. Chris ❤️”

They are very gentle and lovin. And so are the vet techs. I also feel that they don’t charge you for every little thing or try to get you to buy something you don’t really need. I am very happy with the care my dog is getting and am glad I left my previous vet.”

“We had to put our dog to sleep. Call FAH we had never been there but Dr. Chipperfield as so kind to Sadie. Spent time with her, talking to her & petting her. Talked to us and if she knew us forever, reassuring us we were doing the right thing for Sadie. She was so compassionate to us. If (or when) I get another dog, I will take her to Dr. Chipperfield. Other vet's I have been to didn't make me feel they really care about my dog or me. I highly recommend the Family Animal Hospital to anyone that wants a place that truly cares for your pet and treats you with respect and not like just another customer. The staff were kind and sweet.”
“Howdershell Animal Clinic is the only place I will take my pets, and Dr. Woodworth is the absolute best vet on this planet. I have a hedgehog, Omega, which is considered an exotic pet, and is hard to find care for in the St. Louis area. We drive 30 min to see Dr. Woodworth at Howdershell because she is so incredibly kind and caring, as well as extremely knowledgeable about my pet. Omega has had a few health complications, and Dr. Woodworth always knows the answer and has ideas of things to try when we don't know exactly what is going on. The staff that works at the front desk is also fantastic to speak with, and have always made me feel supported and heard with my many questions. I cannot express my appreciation enough for this wonderful team.”

“I'd highly recommend St. Charles Animal Hospital. Everyone is helpful, kind, and extremely empathetic. Test results come back quick and they have the medications on-site that our pets need. The vets and vet techs take time to explain what's going on with your pet and have different solutions for what might suit your needs best. I never feel pressured into expensive tests and they are very professional and patient as you process the information. It's very clean and smells nice. They even have pocket doors to the exam rooms so your pet is safe from doors opening.”
“We've been coming to Spencer Creek since we adopted our first dog in 2012. We live in Wentzville now and still come see Dr. Miller. These people that take care of our animals are absolute angels, even when this field is so difficult to work in.”

“My daughter takes both her dog and cat to Cave Springs Pet Hospital. Her dog loves going to the vet, she gets many pets and treats. We usually have more trouble getting her to leave than to go in. The cat, well she’s a cat, doesn’t care. The staff are great and always very helpful.”

“Just wanna shout out Overland Animal Clinic and how helpful they are and personal they are with you and your furry friend. They have been so patient with all my questions I call them for with Nala's diabetes. They try to save you money as well, and we know how much vet visits and treatment can cost , and Ashley there is so awesome and helpful . If you need a cost friendly vet with also attentive care I'd suggest them from my experience :)”

The front desk staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful, the vet techs are great, and Dr. Marshall is wonderful. She really takes the time and together with any vet tech working with her, they make sure my dog settles and has a good experience with bloodwork and his vaccines.”
“My vet recommended AVS after my cat was diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism for the radioiodine treatment. Dr. Loyd and her staff were kind, straightforward, and answered all of my questions. Tech Janet was whom I spoke with at the consultation and during my cat's stay at AVS and she is a true gem! My cat is weary of anyone outside of our household and they were so kind and accommodating to him and providing me updates throughout his time there. It made me feel reassured that not only he was getting the treatment but also by people who truly care. Over a month post-procedure and my lil' buddies levels show that he no longer has Hyperthyroidism! Beyond grateful to the AVS team and that we have a facility in St. Louis that provides this treatment.”
“Dr. Kersting and Dr. Canada are fantastic avian veterinarians. Our cockatiel had a laceration that had to be surgically repaired. They are competent, capable, and did an excellent job with his surgery. When surgery was mentioned, I was nervous about cost. The procedure was quick, simple, and fairly priced. I highly recommend them.”

“We brought our boy in with a fast-growing bump that we were hoping was nothing. Dr. Belter was so great in taking our concerns seriously, and after a week of no improvement, she recommended a biopsy & full removal at the same time just to be safe. She is the one who performed the surgery as well. Unfortunately for us, the biopsy came back as lymphoma a few weeks later, but we would have lost valuable time if she hadn’t recommended surgical removal right away. I’m so thankful she listened to our concerns and encouraged us to exercise caution with this. She was very informative and caring while delivering the diagnosis, and helped us get in to see an oncologist as soon as possible. The whole office has been extremely helpful as well in supporting us and our pup as we navigate this.”
