“I called so many places to try to get my cat shaved and was so glad I went with this place. With the help of calming pills suggested by the vet, our senior kitty was able to be groomed without the need for sedation. The groom itself looked so much better than I had hoped for, and the price was very affordable. They worked with our kitty and carefully observed his temperament to minimize his stress during the groom.”
“Hands down the most amazing veterinary care ! Our Cooper tore his ACL and I researched at least 10 different vets to perform his surgery . The first person I talked to was Madeline( vet tech). She was kind and empathetic to his situation and had Tiffany ( vet nurse) call me the next day . Tiffany is amazing ! She provided so much information and answered all my questions and was so reassuring that I booked a consult with Dr. Chris . He spent over 1 hour going through details and answered all of our questions . We felt heard and never felt rushed . Cooper underwent his TPLO surgery this week and the office has consistently followed up on how he was doing . Tiffany once again was phenomenal! The day of surgery she was so compassionate and went over everything in detail for his postoperative course . Cooper is an extremely anxious dog and he went right with her . She has a calming presence ! Dr. Chris has called twice post op already and helped us navigate through his pain control and offered reassurance , support and changed up pain medicine regimen that helped Cooper so much . We have never felt so CARED for. I cannot say enough GREAT things to adequately describe the true gratitude we have for every single friendly, welcoming face working there . A big THANK YOU to Tiffany , Madeline and Dr. Chris ❤️”

“My vet referred me to McCauley's while he was without an assistant. I was able to get an appt quickly. Dr. Mike called me and thoroughly explained his diagnosis and next steps. When I picked up my pup, he brought her out, sat down and went through the exam and details again. I truly appreciated his compassion, confidence and genuine kindness.”

“Have been coming here since I was a kid and our family brought our various cats and doggies. Now an adult and have come back with my own girl. Stacey got really sick unexpectedly and they got her in right away and my suspicions about my cat's sudden change in behavior were validated . Saw her asap and then got her into emergency care. Luckily she was okay within a few days!! But they won't mess around if we suspect our pets are sick!! SOME different staff from when I was a kid (pesky 30 year gap ?) but still feels ,like home. Stacey trusts them as well. (It's the car rides to and from she hates... But that's normal for her)”
“My family has been bringing our pets here since I can remember. Over a decade at least. They know all of our pets, they have seen them multiple times. Unfortunately I had to make the tough decision to put my boy Lucky to rest. We originally had the appointment at a later date but needed to move it closer asap. They immediately tried to work us in and find a spot to place us. The veterinarian who did the procedure was so very kind. (everyone in the clinic is) She walked me through everything and let me have as much time as I needed with him before and after. She sat with me and talked with me for a bit before leaving us to have our time. Thank you guys so much for being so compassionate and caring. Thank you for being so gentle with my boy. Thank you for everything.
I know this is a rather sad review, but please know that you can trust these people with this kind of procedure.”
“Dr. Swierk sat with Poppy on the ground to get her real comfortable for the exam. We followed up on a previous appointment about surgery and he laid out all the information for me. Nothing felt rushed, and he made sure to fully answer any questions/concerns I had.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Family Animal Hospital. The staff has always been kind and supportive and Dr. Chip is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Her compassion for animals is unmatched. We have been seeing Dr. Chip for about 20 years now with all different kinds of pets. We’ve had cats, dogs, and guinea pigs and she has effortlessly taken care of them all. Our dogs absolutely love her and get excited to “go see Dr Chip”. I highly recommend Family Animal Hospital.”

“My dog recently went in for a tooth extraction and left feeling just like his normal self. The staff treat him so well; he is so excited to visit every appointment. The staff were also nice enough to cut his nails and trim his paw pads - they truly love taking care of their patients. Everyone here is wonderful and they take their time to answer all of your questions. I highly recommend this vet office to anyone who cares about their pets!”
“Spencer Creek Animal Hospital was phenomenal with my rescue dog’s recent spay. Since this spay was done thru my dog’s rescue this was not the vet we normally use and I didn’t know what to expect. Melissa the tech vet was amazing! She gave me so much valuable education.Melissa was extremely knowledgeable and so careful with my sweet dog. Dr Boyle took her time and updated me on my dog’s surgery and post op care. She even sent me home with more information regarding a separate medical issue I brought up. Everyone I met from the front office receptionist to the entire medical team was friendly and helpful and all of them loved on my dog. Post spay she is doing well and they even checked in the next morning to see how she is doing. If you are looking for a caring vet practice I highly recommend them.”

My dogs, Normandy, MoJo Bay, and Cricket are all patients at this clinic. Chesterfield Veterinary Center has been in business in Chesterfield for decades, and is highly regarded!
A very kind staff, and very knowledgeable doctors make every visit a breeze. One of our dogs in particular, MoJo Bay, is a large Mastiff mix who is very timid, but the staff at this clinic have a stellar bedside manner and handle him perfectly.
A great place to take your pet for proper veterinary care!”

“I recently had to put my almost 13 yr old White German Shepherd to sleep, due to failing health and suffering. They did everything possible to facilitate this with empathy and professionalism. Their staff was more than courteous and did their best to make this go as well as it possibly could. Today, I received a sweet poem about the passing of a dog. I highly recommend them from my experiences with that clinic.”

The front desk staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful, the vet techs are great, and Dr. Marshall is wonderful. She really takes the time and together with any vet tech working with her, they make sure my dog settles and has a good experience with bloodwork and his vaccines.”

“All of the staff are very kind and knowledgeable. Dr Canada and Dr Pritchett collaborated to give my Bella the best care. Bella is my sugar glider, and many exotic veterinarians do not treat them. This clinic has gone above and beyond to help me. From their regular to emergency services, they have been wonderful. They also have taken the time to respond to my questions via text. They truly care about Bella and my own well being. This is the best exotic veterinary clinic I have ever been to, and I have lived all over the country. I highly recommend them. “I'd highly recommend St. Charles Animal Hospital. Everyone is helpful, kind, and extremely empathetic. Test results come back quick and they have the medications on-site that our pets need. The vets and vet techs take time to explain what's going on with your pet and have different solutions for what might suit your needs best. I never feel pressured into expensive tests and they are very professional and patient as you process the information. It's very clean and smells nice. They even have pocket doors to the exam rooms so your pet is safe from doors opening.”
“I was referred to AVS by my dog's primary vet and I am so happy he did. They have been nothing but professional, committed, and knowledgeable. They have answered all my questions through lengthy conversations and I wished I had gone to them sooner. The treatment and recommendations have been spot on and my dog's condition has improved so much that she continues to not have problems.”

I got her from the Humane Society in Maryland Heights and took her back there for the first few vet visits but I needed something closer to home. I appreciate the knowledge and care of the entire staff. She loved them also. I trust them to take care of her and will definitely be coming back.”

Listening to him. Wondering who is getting bitten. Lol but when he came back to the room? Numbwr one. He attacked no one. Number 2? Boydid the putrid smell fill up that room. Haha but i was glad and he was even happier to have it over. Very knowledgeable vet clinic. Was very easy to get in. I had actuallytold them i wild call back to set up the appointment? Which i never did. By accident? And i arrived? They told me i did not have an appt. But they saw mine roof roof anyways. So thank u ladies and gents that i disnt see. U guys are awesome.”
