“As an electrical contractor, purchasing materials for my projects from the internet has become par for the course. I usually start my search on Google, and will order the parts I need based on the match to my description and cost. This is how I ended up placing an order with Falcon Technologies.
But here's the twist: Sometimes, things go (accidentally) wrong. When my order arrived, the packing slip matched my purchase, but the items in the box did not. And things like this happen! But what impressed me, and the reason for the 5 star review, is that Falcon Technologies reached out to me, before I had the chance to figure out this problem myself. Edgar actually picked up the telephone and called my office (the phone number on my order) and left a message to ask if we had received the correct parts, because it was brought to his attention that another customer received our ordered parts! He actually left a message, and his return phone number. And this seems like it should be so obvious, but today....NO ONE picks up the phone to call, and NO ONE leaves messages! But Edgar did. And my secretary returned his call to confirm that the parts we had in our hand were not the parts we ordered, despite the packing slip. Edgar was top-notch professional on this. With my secretary on the phone, he set up to send out the corrected order to me, and he requested a shipping label from his returns department to be e-mailed so that I could send back the items I had. He ensured there were no additional costs to me to get the new order or send the previous order back. And more impressively, I'm in California, FalconTech is in Missouri, this was all handled on a Friday afternoon, and I had the corrected order in my hands the following Tuesday! I'm sharing this information and review because most other companies would have waited for me to contact them - and maybe would have even made it harder to get the new items or return the inaccurate items, but Edgar, and Falcon Technologies did not. And by the way, when my secretary called, the phone was not answered by an automated system. A human picked up the phone and transferred to Edgar. I'm not sure if I'll have the opportunity in the future to get the materials I need from Falcon Technologies, but had to share this positive experience with anyone who may be on the fence that they are an online distributor. Kudos to Edgar, the returns team, and the nice voice who answered the telephone!”
“My husband and I got my car serviced for new tires last month and the process was so smooth! The Costco mechanics were very friendly, easy to work with, and helpful! The tires were a great value and they even honored a price drop on our tires because we had purchased them just a few days before a promotion - so we saved an extra $90! The warranty for the tires is excellent and having a membership means you don't have to cover an installation fee, it doesn't get any better than that! Overall, we were very happy with our experience!”
“Gotta love Costco! Always get my gas for both of my vehicles here. Never a bad shopping experience at Costcos. I've been to them all over the country and this one in St Peters is one of the best. The pumps actually have the chip reader, the pumps at the Costco in Clearwater Beach FL didn't have those. Always awesome!”

“Don't remember the salesman's name...just have the initials "NYY" in the salesman box on my receipt. I was quite impressed by his attitude and willingness to go the extra length to help us out. If he didn't know the answer he either searched for it or asked someone that knew the answer. With this kind of work ethic I can say for sure Jon-Don will be my go to place!”
“Cheapest lunch in town! Huge hot dog and drink for under $2. Had a quick bite to eat then off to shopping down the aisles. This location is pretty clean and they have their shelves fully stocked. My two other go to bargins here are the rotisserie chicken for under $5 and a big bunch of bananas for under $2. If I have time I like to go down all of the aisles to see if they have Ny good deals from their ad or on clearance.”
“I placed my very first order with them several weeks ago. When I received my order I was disappointed to find that it wasn't what I ordered. I messaged them right away. To their credit, they made no excuses and immediately took responsibility for their mistake and made an offer to correct it. Correct it they did! “This pharmacy has been the BEST place to fill my families medications. Everytime I call in a new script they have given me accurate wait times and have even filled quicker when I come in person. Woth automated texts setup I get cost and refill notifications. With three people to fill for this is a fantastic system even for my forgetful self.”
“Our family generally uses this pharmacy for all prescriptions. Very rarely is it busy. We usually get or flu shots here too.
The cash prices are usually very good and often cheaper than using insurance. Much more honest than Walgreens or CVS when it comes to pricing.”

“Had a tire pressure sensor go out after running over very large speed bump. Searched around and most shops wanted up to $250 to replace it. Found out that with a membership, Sam’s offers tire and battery services very reasonably. Called for an appointment, got in the very next day on a SUNDAY and 30 minutes later, fixed. Saved $200. Very happy with the speed and affordability of the repair.”
