“We had our first visit at Natural Grocers in St. Joseph, MO the other day. Was very impressed with the wide selection of foods, essential oils, teas, toiletries, on and on and on... Already planning another visit.”
“Everybody kept telling me I needed to shop here. I went here and grabbed 1 thing and left. Kind of crowded, and when I don't know where stuff is and it's crowded, I'm out. I went back another time and could wander around without someone all up on my heels with their cart and I actually saved around $20 from what I normally spend. The best buy in the store and it is amazing, they sell the carts for a quarter!! I have like 8 of them and I don't even know what to do with them but I couldn't pass up that deal.”

UPDATE: September 2025 - Ordered a full sheet decorated cake for our church anniversary. Requested marble, buttercream frosting, and the filling (which was available for no extra charge!), as well as personalized decorative frosting on the top and sides. The bakery team excelled in what they produced! I was so extremely pleased with the cake and excited to serve it for the anniversary. I have never before heard so many compliments about a cake as received that afternoon! Top-notch bakery!!!”
“Relatively clean and organized. Most items are priced fairly, while other items have a lower price, the unit price is a bit higher for off brands. There is also a pretty good selection of things”

“They have everything. There are so many things you can get here that are priced better than your regular Department store. Not everything, but many things. I frequent the DG for pet snacks, notebooks and pens, and coloring and activity books for my kids. Laundry and household cleaners also.”
“This is a small Asian grocery, they have a great selection of Asian food and some American food. My daughter loves some of the Asian food so we go monthly to check out the new stock that they have. If you are looking for something different, stop in and visit.”

“Typical walmart. Perfunctory service. Able to find what we needed while traveling and got in and out. They have a decent hot chicken sandwich and chicken slider sandwich at the deli. Didn't check out the bathrooms. If you're looking for them to heat up a cold sandwich that you buy, don't bother. They don't have a microwave, was the response to our request.”
“I stopped here to see exactly what this place was. It is a liquor store with many options. I thought it was a small grocery store, but it has minimal groceries and a lot of alcohol! Come and check it out!”

“After the remodel this place has just about everything to be your one stop shop! Self checkout is avaliable with each register assigned for either app use, card only, cash only, or both cash and card. I love it and always spend more than what I intend to!”

“Nice clean store helpful staff. Had everything I needed. Bought dog treats, dog toy for my favorite guy. Crazy but they already had Christmas items outgot tablecloth, dish towels, drying mat, oven glove allwith the same pattern for the holiday's.”
“Two months ago if asked about the Dollar general that I went in, I would have said I hated it!! I would have said the employees were very rude, lazy and store was cluttered ! Their delivery items that were brought in for the week for them to put on the shelves for customers to be able to purchase was in the aisles. I had to walk around them, you could hardly get through, it was a fire hazard in my opinion. However, I stopped in there yesterday, and I had to compliment them over and over again because they really cleaned up the store ! Everything's put away& there's no longer those big carts full of items out in the middle of the isles. It's just a much MUCH cleaner store now, Oh, and then they seem to have hired nicer less rude& lazy employees!!”
“Met with the operations manager supervisor that is name is Mr limely he is a business is a family-run a family-owned business change very relaxed very welcoming setting and they distribute to all of st.joe and some of the surrounding cities Kenny their warehouse manager was very knowledgeable very courteous down to earth overall I believe the saint Joe distributing is probably the best distributing company in this side of Missouri small distributing company”
