“I became aware of this company via insurance I purchased to cover all media devices I use to access DirecTV. My television's picture color wasn't balanced(I may be saying this incorrectly lol). I spoke with Steve and coordinated the pick up of my TV. When they returned it to me, not only had the picture color/quality been corrected, but there was also a scratch on my screen.......THEY FIXED THIS WITHOUT ME ASKING!!! The two gentlemen that returned my TV, were EXCEPTIONAL! Everyone that I encountered from start to finish, were professional, friendly and valued the service they provided. Their ability to go above and beyond, and make their customer's satisfaction a priority, helped me to decide to use them for any other electronic needs I have! “I recently needed to have my vintage receiver serviced, so I Googled Harman/Kardon and Winston Electronics came up. After speaking with them, felt comfortable taking it down there. Its getting difficult to find a Tech that's familiar with systems such as this. After a week it was finished and the price was very reasonable. My old 730 sounded like new. “Here I come, I had a dead screen on my old iPhone 6s I took it at the fix Gallerias st Louis they fixed it and charged me $103 + taxes and in less than 30 days the screen broke down with cracks on it. I brought it back there was a tall guy dark skin and chubby was so mean till the security intervene and the other guy told me to come next week. I came again and luckily I found the owner at the store and fix the problem screen. He understood me well. If you are experiencing the same issue as me with his employees please ask for the owner to intervene, you might get your issue solved amicably. He was great and made me calm even though I was so mad for a lot of money I didn’t paid initially.”
