The Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel offers a convenient location near the airport, with good security measures such as elevator access requiring room cards and soundproofing that minimizes noise from planes and traffic. The hotel features a private lounge area that guests find appealing. Food and drinks, including chicken wings and drinks, are enjoyed in the lounge and restaurant, although the restaurant's flooring is warped and the service can be slow. The rooms are average and could use some maintenance, with one guest noting a dusty television stand behind the furniture. The 11th-floor lounge is a highlight, providing a nice space for gatherings. However, the hotel’s overall condition appears to have declined, and some guests experienced unprofessional staff and poor service, including missed requests like room coffee and general rudeness. The location's proximity to the airport is a mixed blessing, making it less suitable for leisure stays but convenient for business travelers.
The room was nice, clean and oversized. The bathroom was on the small side and the shower was a bit aged but clean.

Wonderful hotel, newly updated, friendly staff. Close to airport.

Rooms are clean. Views are great. Being so close to airport concerned me about noise but was very quiet. Staff was excellent on check in/out. Staff both for breakfast and dinner were exceptional. I ate both at the bar and at Eeros. Good food and drink at both places.
