It's ok, what I don't like is now when u upgrade you have to pay full price for a phone!!! Which is ridiculous !! And the only to not have to pay full price is to change your number which again is ridiculous!! I've had my number for years!!!

They were able to get me on a plan and unlock my phone when everyone else told me I wouldn’t be able to use my phone again. Only took an hour. Great customer service.
