The assistant where super nice and very friendly, called me about my order informed me that it would be complete by time I got to the store. Placed my picture in the frame I purchased after recieving my pictures.

I recently shopped for an item that was listed on Office Depot's website at 69.00. But when I put it in the cart, it rang up as $92. My husband purchased it in the physical store and they honored the price listed on the website. Yay!. That's good customer service.
