I went to the mall and was not aware they had a Tempur-Pedic Flagship store. Leena was very knowledgeable about all products, and there was no pressure to buy. I will return soon.

Brad was very helpful and informative. He was courteous and did not pressure us in any way. He spent a lot of time with us and stayed late two nights to answer questions and make the sale. We don’t ever experience this level of service anymore and appreciate him very much. He went above and beyond our expectations.
