“I am only writing this review because the previous reviews are so negative.
I ordered some office furniture from Uline and they contracted XPO. I am not at the location where the delivery was to be made, so requested that they call me ahead of time. When I received the call from the driver, he was already at my location but could not make the delivery because he did not have a liftgate on the truck and I do not have a forklift. Driver could not have been nicer, and gave me the number for the XPO office so that I could reschedule. The woman that I spoke to was very helpful, and told me that I needed to send an email to the scheduler and told me exactly what I needed to put in the email. I sent the email and received a confirmation back within minutes.
The delivery was made yesterday by a very nice and accommodating driver who did call ahead and who did have a liftgate. He even helped with the unloading so that he could take the pallet away with him. I could not ask for anything more than what XPO provided.”

“I was here to pick up a vehicle that I had reserved the same day. There was no vehicles to rent in the caterogory I reserved, there was actually only one truck to rent in the whole place. Luke, the gentleman that was working, was very paitent in trying to help with what he could. I was not able to rent a vehicle from them that day, not the biggest deal, because Luke informed me of another option (thank you) and walked me through the process in order to get a refund of the money I put down. For that, I am giving this place 4 stars, I really appreacite the customer service at this location.”
