they stole my package and i had insurance on it and they dont want to reimburse my money this not the first time thats the second package they stole the package was there for more the 2 weeks and then got delivered an empty box. and i have added insurance on the package and still didnt pay me for the package they stole.

The location is convenient but the hours are awful. They used to be open until 7. Then 6. Now the website says 4.

Place is a nightmare!!! I’ve had MULTIPLE packages get lost here. STL has sent them back to the original post offices and back over and over for MONTHS! It’s a joke! It’s never a bad address issue. Idk what they do here but is is just ridiculous. I will pay extra for things to be shipped via UPS or Fedex
