Went here to get my passport done, and it was great! I went in with an appointment and my application and was done within 20 minutes. Natasha was great and knew what she was doing!

Rude employee who didn't want to do his job. They should hire someone with customer service skills and willing to complete the simple task they are paid to do. Save yourself the trouble and go to the telegraph location. The lemay location is trash

Would appreciate the mail carriers not throwing my packages against my front door when they deliver them. Yes the package wasnt fragile, but watching the post man on my security cameras open the screen door, chuck the package against my locked front door and then let the screen door slam shut isnt acceptable.
