Walgreens is a store where staff go above and beyond to help customers. The Photo Finishing Department employee was very helpful and patient, assisting with printed and digital photo copies. The pharmacy staff, especially a pharmacist, are willing to help in urgent situations, such as providing medication through the drive-through when needed. An employee named Kevin went out of his way to resolve a prescription issue, showing great dedication. The store manager also displayed exceptional kindness by helping a customer who had locked their child and keys in the car, turning a stressful situation into a manageable one. Overall, this Walgreens location is known for friendly, caring employees who prioritize customer needs and provide excellent service.
Today I came in and this nice young lady helped me find everything I needed and more! Alina treated me like family she took the time to answer all my questions and truly made my shopping experience a delight. Worked with pharmacist Dennis Bennett on numerous occasions ….always professional and with a smile on his face.
He has saved me with looking for medication coupons…..so dedicated!
