“It is very close to Christmas and I had some activity on my account that I did not approve so I called the Mid Rivers locations. Patty and Tiffany went out of there way to make sure I was able to get it taken care of. Patty was so sweet, compassionate and understanding, especially with it being Christmas time. They could tell I was very worried about it and not only did they assure me the issue was taken care of but they were so kind while taking care of it. You can't find wonderful service at many places anymore but Simmons bank employees really do show you they care and have your best interests at heart! 5/5++++ all day long! Merry Christmas!”

I’ll add that I came 20-30 minutes before close and while I felt terrible, he was still very kind and understanding!!”

“Been here a few times for new accounts, moving money, closing accounts, ordering checks and cards. Minus the wait times (which hardly happen) this place is always nice to go to. Anyone I've had to interact with has been extremely kind and very helpful. No matter how simple of a question I've asked. Might sound like a lot, but as far as banks go this one is great.

“This Bank of America location is very good. They are fast as well. There is a nice ATM machine that counts your cash deposit for you. There is an ATM machine inside that you can enter after hours only with your BOA card so you feel safer accessing it and of course being sheltered from the weather elements is another nice plus.”

“This is the FRIENDLIEST BOA branch I’ve ever been to. Not even my home branch in Wentzville can compare. I had issues with receiving my new debit card & Bobby (branch manager) along with other members of staff assisted me in not only getting a new card but also handling additional fees that I didn’t have to pay for. I will continue to make the extra 20 min drive to this location for all of my needs. You are always greeted when you enter the door and there is always someone to help!”
