“It is always crowded here. One secret is the gas station opens an hour before the store does. If you get there early there is no crowd. The prices are good. Another pointer is the left side of the pumps can reach the far left side of the car. So it doesn't matter which side of the pump you park on. The gas station is crowded, but the prices are good with the high inflation. The self checkouts are a great edition. However, they keep changing the process. They used to have hand scanners that made it really fast. No longer unfortunately.”
“Costco's gas prices are almost always about $0.20 to $0.25 lower than most other stations around my area. (St Louis Metro) So it's worth the annual membership fee just for the gas prices
There are also in-store favorites I buy for my family meals too.”
“This pharmacy has been the BEST place to fill my families medications. Everytime I call in a new script they have given me accurate wait times and have even filled quicker when I come in person. Woth automated texts setup I get cost and refill notifications. With three people to fill for this is a fantastic system even for my forgetful self.”

“Cheapest lunch in town! Huge hot dog and drink for under $2. Had a quick bite to eat then off to shopping down the aisles. This location is pretty clean and they have their shelves fully stocked. My two other go to bargins here are the rotisserie chicken for under $5 and a big bunch of bananas for under $2. If I have time I like to go down all of the aisles to see if they have Ny good deals from their ad or on clearance.”
“My doctor recommended Excel Pharmacy, and I'm so glad she did! Past pharmacy experiences have included the Rx going missing, a claim it was never received, voicemail messages stating it was ready, long waits to finally realize it's still not ready, being on hold 45+ min when calling to inquire, personal encounters with staff who clearly wish they were anywhere else, etc.

I spoke to Kayla in the pharmacy about two problems I was having with prescriptions and she quickly solved both of them. These are ongoing problems I had with another Walgreens Pharmacy in the area for several weeks that I was getting no communication and no resolution. I see no reason to continue using the other Pharmacy.”

“I had never used the CVS “Kodak Moments Kiosk” to enlarge my own photos. I had a recent wedding picture texted to me & I wanted two 8x10 enlarged prints. Luckily I came in at a time when there weren’t a lot of people in the store. The cashier offered to walk me thru enlarging my photo. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. He had me do the work but “held my hand” at every step. The pictures are wonderful and I believe, because of the help from the cashier, I’ll be able to do this myself the next time I need photo reprints ( which turned out perfectly by the way). Thanks to this young man & his help I’ll be back to use the kiosk again.”
“Can we do something about the bushes overhanging 6 feet into the parking spaces. When this store is packed, you have to park in the back. Tons of bushes need removed and or cleaned up. They are all dead.”

“My boyfriend has some sort of reaction every single time he gets a vaccine where his body rejects it (vezo Vega), and he psyches himself out and he faints and goes pale or almost gets sick. It’s not even a fear thing for him, it’s his body reacting immediately after a foreign substance enters it by injection. It’s been that way ever since he was a child, including even when he got his Covid vaccine last year it happened. We explained this to the pharmacist, Amy. She said she’s never had anyone faint on her in 14 years. We were joking and telling her we’re sorry we may ruin your winning streak!! TRUST - she didn’t let it happen!!! She was so kind and went above and beyond to walk my boyfriend through everything and gave him tips on how to make his body feel it less, and even sat with him afterwards, occupying his mind. For the first time in his LIFE - he didn’t faint!! She went the extra mile to make him comfortable and make the whole experience, some thing actually *pleasant* rather than totally dreadful. For both of us! I wish we could find her for every single vaccine for him he’ll need for the rest of his life because that was truly miraculous and we can’t thank her enough! This woman deserves HUGE props for achieving what he thought was the impossible!!!! Thank you so so much Amy! You’re amazing!!!”
“I was house sitting at my daughters in st charles. At Mercy urgent care, i had to chose the Walgreens that I see when exiting Caulks Hill. It turned out that it was called to one on Meuge Rd. The Pharmacist was so very kind and filled my prescriptions right then and.there It was Memorial Day and they were closing at 5PM.. She was a God send. So be sure to thank her from the bottom of my heart! She went above and beyond!”
