There are some good people who work here and some... Not so much. Kindness and humanity goes a long way in customer service. I've had my fair share of being on both ends. Therefore, I know it's not impossible.

I'm not sure what the deal is with the pharmacy, but it's rare. my prescriptions are ever filled on time although they say they already be picked up. and even if they are ready to picked up, it is often that they proclaim they didn't have enough in stock and had to order more despite having a week to fill it
