“My family has gone here for 45 years. I've been taking my car there almost 35. Other Muffler places look for reasons to replace parts. Seeburg looks to fix the existing part. Saves you a ton of time and money. There is a reason why everyone who knows will tell you to drive to NKC to get your muffler fixed. I honestly can't think of a business in any industry that is more highly regarded than this little muffler shop in Northtown.”

“Great experience with the team here at Blue Springs Collision Repair. I want to preface that I was rear ended and had extremely minor damages to my car and it was fully functional and drivable. I mention this so it is understood that I could have taken my car anywhere of my choosing. But after carefully reviewing local shops in my area, the reviews spoke for themselves on the quality of work this place is capable of. While quality of work is important, I firmly believe the overall experience is just as much a concern, and Blue Springs Collision made it clear to me after working on my 2025 Camry that they can do both seamlessly; they provided excellent service while delivering quality work on my vehicle, making it look the same as it did when I bought it. Joe was fantastic in quoting me, setting proper expectations on how the whole process would work and even finishing the car early with no issues or hiccups. “Was in a small accident and my insurance company gave me a choice of a couple places to take my car. I was not at all familiar with Caliber Collision, and I am so glad I chose this place. Right from the start they had top notch communication with me. I was informed of every detail and almost updated daily via text what was happening with my car. They finished my car earlier than they anticipated. Even worked with me in the beginning with the estimate, I needed a certain time frame to come by, and they accommodated me with no hesitation. They even cleaned my car inside and out before returning it to me. (it was awful dirty I was embarrassed!) Definitely would recommend this place!”

“I seriously can't recommend this shop enough -- Charles Sr. and Charles Jr. were amazing to work with. A boulder clean ripped off my bumper last night and I called around to several body shops this morning to see about having it reattached. Every single shop told me I'd need a full bumper replacement and quoted me $1300-$2000 without even looking at the car. I was certain it could be reattached, so I kept looking for a shop who would at least hear me out. Then I found these guys!!! They got me in immediately, reattached my bumper and popped out the dents, all in less than 3 hours and for a couple hundred bucks. Not only that, they also detailed my car inside and out! They were honest, fast, and went above and beyond. If you're looking for quality work without getting ripped off, these are your guys.”

“Great tank wash! Friendly, Fast and the lounge is ACTUALLY SPOTLESS!!!there are FREE SHOWERS male and female and they have 2 washers and 4 dryers that work great but you do have to pay to wash laundry in their lounge so be sure to bring quarters cause the change machine is out of order and so is the laundry soap machine so be sure to have soap and dryer sheets and fabric softener if you use it. ?”

How ever, I had an urge to buy a Ford maverick, my daughter told me to go to GARY CROSSLEY IN LIBERTY MO , because my son-in-law had bought a truck there several years ago and loved it.
So I Went there, and I met a sales rep by the name of Clark, he was very helpful and very understanding to the fact that I was picky. THEY did not have what I wanted so he started looking on the Internet. It took some time, but he did find a vehicle that I wanted, and several days later, he called me and said he had picked it up.
This entire transaction was probably the “ most pleasant “ I have ever had at a car dealer. Everyone there were super friendly and very helpful . I have had this truck for three days now and totally love it.
I love the experience I had, and like I said it was the best I’ve ever had in the transaction of buying a new car.

“Adam's muffler was able to get my son's car in at the last minute to repair his exhaust and muffler so it could pass inspection. Leave it to a teenager to modify his car to sound loud without thinking about the consequences. To make things worse, he attends school in Iowa, so time was limited. We are very grateful they were able to fit us in on a Friday afternoon and get the repairs done by the end of the day at a fair price. We'll be back!”
