“My family has gone here for 45 years. I've been taking my car there almost 35. Other Muffler places look for reasons to replace parts. Seeburg looks to fix the existing part. Saves you a ton of time and money. There is a reason why everyone who knows will tell you to drive to NKC to get your muffler fixed. I honestly can't think of a business in any industry that is more highly regarded than this little muffler shop in Northtown.”

“Great experience with the team here at Blue Springs Collision Repair. I want to preface that I was rear ended and had extremely minor damages to my car and it was fully functional and drivable. I mention this so it is understood that I could have taken my car anywhere of my choosing. But after carefully reviewing local shops in my area, the reviews spoke for themselves on the quality of work this place is capable of. While quality of work is important, I firmly believe the overall experience is just as much a concern, and Blue Springs Collision made it clear to me after working on my 2025 Camry that they can do both seamlessly; they provided excellent service while delivering quality work on my vehicle, making it look the same as it did when I bought it. “Adam's muffler was able to get my son's car in at the last minute to repair his exhaust and muffler so it could pass inspection. Leave it to a teenager to modify his car to sound loud without thinking about the consequences. To make things worse, he attends school in Iowa, so time was limited. We are very grateful they were able to fit us in on a Friday afternoon and get the repairs done by the end of the day at a fair price. We'll be back!”

“I went into Caliber Collision for an estimate appointment and was very confused and stressed out about the process of how everything worked because I had taken it to another shop for an estimate and the place told me it was a total loss, I had called Caliber and talked to the OA Shelby who was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond and walked me through the process of how everything worked after I had called up to the shop to cancel my appointment after reading through the authorization forms because I didn’t want to sign my life away. Shelby let me know that I did not need to complete the forms yet and that those are completed when a customer drops the vehicle off. She also helped me understand how it worked if my vehicle was deemed a total loss and let me know that they are not the ones who say if a vehicle is a total loss or not that it is up to the insurance to say that, and all they do is write up the estimate for the insurance company. She was so sweet and helped ease my anxiety. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone needing an estimate for repairs.”
