“This place is absolutely fantastic! I have been here twice this year as I drive from Tennessee to Kansas City, Missouri to see my granddaughters and son and daughter-in-law. Their cheeses are absolutely wonderful smooth and creamy. Great taste. They have a tremendous selection of a varied flavors and spices. My granddaughter loves the salami cheddar. My son loves the smoked Gouda and smoked cheddar and even the ghost pepper. I really like the horseradish cheddar is extremely creamy and very tasty not overwhelming.Everything seems to be absolutely great and you can sample anything that you want. The staff is extremely helpful and they’ve got other selections of meats and cheeses and cookies. They also have some little knickknacks and things to shop for. Easy to get to about a mile off the interstate but worth the drive.”
