“I got a call from Devin that my antibiotic was ready at the Trenton Pharmacy at 5:10 (20 minutes before close). We were in St. Joseph, 70 miles away. I told her I would have to pick it up the next day. Devin said, “Would you like me to transfer it to the St. Joseph Hyvee Pharmacy? They are open until 8:00 this evening. That way you can get started on it today.”
I told her that would be great and that was great customer service! The St. Joe Hyvee had it ready for me in a few minutes!
I thought this was excellent customer service and going above and beyond expectation. However, I have experienced scenarios like this many times at the Trenton Hyvee Pharmacy. Thank you so much!!

“This particular DG is close to where we live and it's got a terrific atmosphere. ... everyone is nice and polite.The other DG not so much. One employee is always talked about behind their back about their BODY ODOR! This is customers and employees complaining.Take a bath dude, and everyone else should stop with the comments about body odor.”
