“I made the decision to buy a wood stove and ultimately decided on the soapstone model from Hearthstone. During the install, it was discovered that more parts were needed. Hechlers fabricated a custom heat shield for me to solve the problem. There was a miscommunication about cost during the second installation, but I was contacted yesterday and issued a refund.
